Credit/Debit Card Information - all our payments are done through paypal, these details are not held or viewed by the Traditional Tea Company.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

- Returns & Replacements
All products sold by the tradition tea company are quality checked before being sent out, including the weighing of the tea. If you find yourself dis-satisfied with our product please contact our team as soon as possible
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, with the exception of loose leaf tea and tea bags, these items are non returnable due to health and safety reasons.
If you change your mind on a non-faulty item unfortunatly we cannot occur postal charges on the sale so this is your responsibility. You MUST obtain proof of postage on any returns to protect both parties.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Ordering
To place an order with the Traditional Tea Company you are not required to register an account with us or our payment provider PayPal. Once you have placed your items in the basket you can click on the guest checkout button.
Once you are diverted to PayPal to enter your payment information, you have an option to continue checkout on the left had side if you don’t have a PayPal account. Here you enter your payment information as normal
- Viewing Orders
If you are a registered user with us, you can view all your past orders and your current orders at the click of a button. All you need to do is click the 'My Account' button in the top right and you will be directed into you user admin panel.
- Updating Account Information
Here at Traditional Tea we believe in letting the customer have control over their account. This is why we created the customer account section, in here you can change billing and shipping addresses. With the click of a button you can sign up to our newsletter or opt out at any time. We even allow you to write product reviews and view all your reviews at anytime. You can view past and present orders with an option to re-order any past orders. And our favourite option, you can create a wish lists of your favourite items and send them to anyone via email.
